Hive Sister Sanctuary Agreement

A Shared Covenant of Care

Bee Still Hive exists to offer women places of rest, quiet, and renewal. As a Hive Sister, you are a steward of this vision — holding space not only through your physical home, but through your presence, boundaries, and care.

This agreement is an invitation into shared values and shared responsibility. It is not a performance standard, nor a measure of worth. It is a commitment to tending sanctuary with honesty, respect, and integrity.

1. The Role of a Hive Sister

As a Hive Sister, I understand that my role is to:

  • Offer my space as a place of rest, safety, and quiet

  • Hold hospitality as care, not hustle

  • Respect the autonomy, privacy, and boundaries of guests

  • Model the values of Bee Still Hive through my actions and communication

I understand that sanctuary is not perfection — it is presence, transparency, and care.

2. The Space I Offer

I agree that any space offered through Bee Still Hive will be:

  • Clean, safe, and accurately represented

  • Free from undisclosed hazards

  • Honest in its description, photos, and limitations

  • Clear about shared spaces, rhythms, and land use

If my space includes shared areas, children, pets, or other ongoing activity, I agree to communicate this clearly and kindly to guests in advance.

3. Guest Care & Boundaries

As a Hive Sister, I commit to:

  • Respecting guests’ privacy and autonomy

  • Avoiding pressure, upselling, or coercion of any kind

  • Honoring consent in all interactions

  • Allowing guests to rest without expectation of social engagement

I understand that rest itself is the offering — and that not all healing requires interaction.

4. Alignment with Bee Still Hive Values

Bee Still Hive is a women-centered sanctuary network rooted in nervous-system awareness, consent, and care.

As a Hive Sister, I agree to uphold and model the Guest Sanctuary Agreement within my space.

I understand that Bee Still Hive prioritizes:

  • Quiet and respect

  • Non-extractive hospitality

  • Integrity over volume

  • Care for land, space, and people

5. Sovereignty & Relationship

I understand that:

  • I remain the sovereign keeper of my space

  • Bee Still Hive does not manage my property or operations

  • This is a relationship, not employment

  • Participation in the Hive is voluntary and evolving

Bee Still Hive exists as a connective and supportive network, not a governing authority.

6. Communication & Care

I agree to communicate with Bee Still Hive and with guests in a manner that is:

  • Honest

  • Timely

  • Kind

  • Boundaried

If challenges arise, I commit to addressing them directly and respectfully.

7. Right to Pause or Part Ways

I understand that alignment can change over time.

Bee Still Hive reserves the right to pause or end participation if the values or practices of the Hive are no longer being upheld.

Likewise, I may step back from the Hive at any time if my capacity, circumstances, or alignment change.

We honor endings as much as beginnings.

8. Closing Acknowledgment

By joining Bee Still Hive as a Hive Sister, I affirm that I am entering a relationship rooted in care, respect, and shared intention.

I understand that sanctuary is living — shaped by attention, humility, and ongoing listening.

With care,
Bee Still Hive
